§ 20-25-5-9 — "School corporation"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 25 INDIANAPOLIS PUBLIC SCHOOLS·Ch. 5 Real Property Annexations and Transfers;
As used in this chapter, "school corporation"
means a public school corporation of the state located in whole or in
part in a county containing a consolidated city.
