§ 20-25-5-6 — "Losing school corporation"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 25 INDIANAPOLIS PUBLIC SCHOOLS·Ch. 5 Real Property Annexations and Transfers;
As used in this chapter, "losing school
corporation" means a school corporation that loses territory to an
acquiring school corporation by annexation.
