§ 20-25-5-5 — "Civil city"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 25 INDIANAPOLIS PUBLIC SCHOOLS·Ch. 5 Real Property Annexations and Transfers;
As used in this chapter, "civil city" means a
civil city or a civil town, the area of which, or the major part of the area
of which, is under the jurisdiction of a school city.
