§ 20-25-5-1 — "Acquiring school corporation"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 25 INDIANAPOLIS PUBLIC SCHOOLS·Ch. 5 Real Property Annexations and Transfers;
As used in this chapter, "acquiring school
corporation" means the school corporation that acquires territory as a
result of annexation.
