§ 20-25-4-21 — School reorganization plans; applicability

This chapter applies to the school city to the extent the chapter is not in conflict with:

(1)IC 20-23-4 and IC 20-23-16; and

(2)the school reorganization plan applicable to the school city or the school city's successor corporation under the terms of IC 20-23-4 and IC 20-23-16. However, IC 20-25-3-4 prevails over any conflicting provision of IC 20-23-4 and IC 20-23-16 and over the provisions of any school reorganization plan.
