§ 20-25-17-6 — Submission of school facilities and transportation implementation plan
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 25 INDIANAPOLIS PUBLIC SCHOOLS·Ch. 17 Indianapolis Local Education Alliance
Not later than December 31, 2025, the alliance shall submit the school facilities and transportation implementation plan to the following:
(1)The secretary of education.
(2)The board.
(3)The mayor described in section 2(b)(2) of this chapter.
(4)The legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
