Text

Before August 1 of a school year for which a school is placed in academic receivership, the superintendent and the board shall require the following:

(1)Evaluation of each administrator at the school.
(2)Evaluation of each teacher at the school.
(3)Evaluation of the school's educational plan.
(4)Consideration of:
(A)personnel;
(B)management;
(C)plan; and
(D)policy; changes for the school to improve student performance at the school.
(5)Identification of significant;
(A)management;
(B)personnel;
(C)plan; or
