Text

A laboratory school that:

(1)is operated without an agreement; and
(2)has an ADM in the fall count of a school year of not more than seven hundred fifty (750); must be treated as a charter school for purposes of funding under IC 20-20-33 and IC 20-43. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-14-2(c).]
