Text
(a)A qualified district or qualified high
school shall ensure continued compliance with:
(1)applicable federal and state laws; and
(2)the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of
the State of Indiana.
(b)A qualified district or qualified high school is subject to all
federal and state laws and constitutional provisions that prohibit
discrimination.
