§ 20-24-8-3 — Compliance with laws, charter, and state constitution

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 24 CHARTER SCHOOLS·Ch. 8 Charter School Powers and Exemptions

For each charter school established under this article, the charter school and the organizer are accountable to the authorizer for ensuring compliance with:

(1)applicable federal and state laws;
(2)the charter; and
