Text
Except as provided in section 13.5 of this
chapter, notwithstanding any other law, for state fiscal years beginning
after June 30, 2014, an adult high school is not entitled to receive
funding from the state, including any tuition support, unless the general
assembly enacts an appropriation for the adult high school.
