§ 20-24-2-2 — Discrimination prohibited

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 24 CHARTER SCHOOLS·Ch. 2 Charter Schools Generally

A charter school is subject to all federal and state laws and constitutional provisions that prohibit discrimination on the basis of the following:

(1)Disability.
(2)Race.
(3)Color.
(4)Gender.
(5)National origin.
(6)Religion.
