§ 20-24-14-4 — Charter school facility grant program established; purpose; administration

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 24 CHARTER SCHOOLS·Ch. 14 Charter School Facility Grant Program

(a)The charter school facility grant program is established to provide grants to charter schools that may be used for the following:

(1)The purposes listed in IC 20-40-9-6 for which a school corporation may use money in the school corporation's debt service fund.

(2)The purposes listed in IC 20-40-18-7 for which a school corporation may use money in the school corporation's operations fund.

(b)The state board shall administer the program.
