Text
(a)The charter school facility grant program
is established to provide grants to charter schools that may be used for
the following:
(1)The purposes listed in IC 20-40-9-6 for which a school
corporation may use money in the school corporation's debt
service fund.
(2)The purposes listed in IC 20-40-18-7 for which a school
corporation may use money in the school corporation's operations
fund.
(b)The state board shall administer the program.
