§ 20-24-13-3 — Grant program established; uses; administration by the state board

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 24 CHARTER SCHOOLS·Ch. 13 Charter and Innovation Network School Grant Program
(a)An annual grant program is established to provide funding to a school for the following:
(1)Capital improvements for the school, including the renovation or expansion of a facility, or for debt or lease payments owed on a facility, including advances from the common school fund under IC 20-49-9.
(2)The purposes for which the school corporation's operations fund may be used by a school corporation under IC 20-40-18.
(3)The purposes for which a technology grant from the Senator David C. Ford educational technology fund may be used by a school corporation under IC 20-20-13-6.
(b)The program shall be administered by the state board.
(c)The state board shall establish a written application and procedure for providing grants under this chapter to a school described in section 5 of this
