§ 20-24-13-1 — Applicability of chapter
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 24 CHARTER SCHOOLS·Ch. 13 Charter and Innovation Network School Grant Program
(a)This chapter applies to the following:
(1)A charter school that does not receive a pro rata share of local
property tax revenue.
(2)An innovation network school located in a school city, as
defined in IC 20-25-2-12, that existed on January 1, 2015, that
does not receive a pro rata share of local property tax revenue
(referred to as an innovation network school in this chapter).
(b)This chapter does not apply to a virtual charter school or an adult
high school.
