§ 20-24-12-2 — Purpose
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 24 CHARTER SCHOOLS·Ch. 12 Charter School Facilities Assistance Program
The purpose of the program is to make grants and loans to charter schools for the purpose of:
(1)constructing;
(2)purchasing;
(3)renovating;
(4)maintaining;
(5)paying first semester costs for new; and
(6)reducing common school fund debt for;
charter schools.
