§ 20-24-12-11 — Repayment of loans
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 24 CHARTER SCHOOLS·Ch. 12 Charter School Facilities Assistance Program
A charter school receiving a loan under this chapter shall repay the loan from:
(1)the amount of state tuition support that the charter school is
eligible to receive; and
(2)to the extent that state tuition support is insufficient to meet
the debt service obligations of the charter school, other resources
available to the charter school.
