Indiana Statutes
§ 20-24-1-5 — "Conversion charter school"
"Conversion charter school" means a charter
school established under IC 20-24-11 by the conversion of an existing
school into a charter school. The term includes a new school to which
students from other schools in the school corporation are assigned or
transferred.
