§ 20-23-8-6 — "Voter"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 23 ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL CORPORATIONS·Ch. 8 Governing Body Composition Change
As used in this chapter, "voter", with respect
to a petition, means a registered voter in the school corporation as
determined in this chapter.
