§ 20-23-8-4 — "Plan"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 23 ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL CORPORATIONS·Ch. 8 Governing Body Composition Change
As used in this chapter, "plan" means the
manner in which the governing body of a school corporation is
constituted, including the number, qualifications, length of terms,
manner, and time of selection, either by appointment or by election of
the members of the governing body.
