§ 20-23-8-3 — "County election board"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 23 ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL CORPORATIONS·Ch. 8 Governing Body Composition Change
As used in this chapter, "county election board" means:
(1)the county election board in the county in which a school
corporation is located; or
(2)if a school corporation is located in more than one (1) county,
the county election boards of the counties in which the school
corporation is located, acting jointly.
