Text

An election may not be held under this chapter more than once each eighteen (18) months. A plan for a governing body may not be adopted more than once each six (6) years, except if either of the following applies:

(1)A plan adopted is declared or held to be invalid by a binding judgment or order in a United States or an Indiana court that no appeal or further approval can be taken.
(2)The plan provides solely for changes in items specified in section 7(a)(5) of this chapter. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-4-10.1-15.]
