§ 20-23-8-2 — "Clerk"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 23 ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL CORPORATIONS·Ch. 8 Governing Body Composition Change
As used in this chapter, "clerk" means:
(1)the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which a school
corporation is located; or
(2)if a school corporation is located in more than one (1) county,
the clerks in each of the counties in which the school corporation
is located.
