§ 20-23-8-12 — Action by the governing body on a petition
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 23 ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL CORPORATIONS·Ch. 8 Governing Body Composition Change
The governing body shall, by resolution
adopted not more than thirty (30) days after a petition is filed with it,
either approve or disapprove a plan. The failure to take action within
the thirty (30) day period constitutes disapproval of the plan.
