§ 20-23-8-1 — "Circuit court"

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 23 ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL CORPORATIONS·Ch. 8 Governing Body Composition Change

As used in this chapter, "circuit court" means:

(1)the circuit court of the county in which a school corporation is located; or
(2)if a school corporation is located in more than one (1) county, the circuit court of the county in which the largest number of registered voters of the school corporation are residents. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-4-10.1-1(f).]
