§ 20-23-6-7 — Consolidated schools under management of original trustees

(a)Each school of the consolidated schools is under the control and management of the original governing body until the consolidated school corporation comes into existence at the time provided in section 8 of this chapter. When the consolidated school corporation comes into existence, the term of office of each of the original members of the governing body expires.
