§ 20-23-5-7 — Annexations authorized
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 23 ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL CORPORATIONS·Ch. 5 Community School Corporations: Territory Annexations
Subject to the limitations and procedures in
this chapter, a school corporation may annex territory from any other
school corporation by resolutions of the acquiring and losing school
corporations under section 8 of this chapter.
