§ 20-23-4-42 — Deadline to institute certain actions to enjoin school construction or the performance of any of the terms and conditions of a lease or the execution, sale, or delivery of bonds

An action to enjoin school construction or the performance of any of the terms and conditions of a lease or the execution, sale, or delivery of bonds, on the ground that any approval should not have been granted, may not be instituted at any time later than fifteen (15) days after approval has been granted.
