§ 20-23-4-39 — Donations; power to accept
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 23 ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL CORPORATIONS·Ch. 4 Community School Corporations
A county committee formed under this
chapter and the state board may accept donations of money or other
articles of value to assist in financing the studies authorized by this
chapter.
