Text

(a)This section applies to a school corporation located in a county containing a consolidated city.
(b)The same method used to cast votes for all other offices for which candidates have qualified to be on the election ballot must be used for the governing body offices on the election ballot. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-4-1-27.2.]
