This chapter applies only to the Muncie
Community school corporation and only if the Ball State University
board of trustees adopts a resolution to take advantage of the
relationship between Ball State University and the Muncie Community
school corporation and to be governed by this chapter. The resolution
must be adopted before June 1, 2018.
