Text

(a)The governing body of the school corporation consists of seven (7) members who shall be elected in the general election held in the county.
(b)Five (5) of the members shall be elected from the school districts in which the members reside as established under section 7 of this chapter.
(c)Two (2) of the members shall be elected at large. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-3-20-6.]
