Text

As used in this chapter, "school corporation" means a school corporation that:

(1)is located in a county having a population of:
(A)more than three hundred fifty thousand (350,000) and less than four hundred thousand (400,000); or
(B)more than two hundred fifty thousand (250,000) and less than three hundred thousand (300,000); and
