§ 20-23-14-7 — Balloting procedures
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 23 ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL CORPORATIONS·Ch. 14 Election of Governing Body Members in Lake Station
The state board, with assistance from the county election board, shall establish:
(1)balloting procedures under IC 3 for the election; and
(2)all other procedures required to implement this chapter.
