§ 20-23-14-2 — "School corporation"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 23 ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL CORPORATIONS·Ch. 14 Election of Governing Body Members in Lake Station
As used in this chapter, "school corporation"
means a school corporation that is located in a city having a population
of more than thirteen thousand (13,000) and less than thirteen thousand
three hundred (13,300).
