§ 20-23-14-1 — Application of chapter
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 23 ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL CORPORATIONS·Ch. 14 Election of Governing Body Members in Lake Station
This chapter applies to a school corporation for which a referendum has been held:
(1)as required by statute; and
(2)in which a majority of the votes cast approves electing the
members of the governing body.
