Text
The emergency manager appointed by the
distressed unit appeal board under IC 6-1.1-20.3 shall act as the
governing body of the school corporation and has the powers set forth
in IC 6-1.1-20.3-8.5, including the powers and duties of the governing
body of the school corporation until the school corporation's status as
a distressed political subdivision is terminated under IC 6-1.1-20.3-13(b).
