§ 20-23-11-3 — School corporation duties
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 23 ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL CORPORATIONS·Ch. 11 Joint Schools in Adjacent States
In carrying out this chapter, the school
corporation shall pay the proportion of the cost of purchasing school
grounds, repairing or erecting new building or buildings, and in
maintaining the joint school, as the school trustees of the two (2)
adjacent school corporations determines is equitable and just.
