§ 20-23-10-2 — "Governing body"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 23 ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL CORPORATIONS·Ch. 10 Merger of School Corporations Within Counties
As used in this chapter, "governing body"
means the board or commission charged by law with the responsibility
of administering the affairs of a school corporation, including a board
of school commissioners, metropolitan board of education, board of
school trustees, or board of trustees.
