§ 20-22-3-11 — Powers
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 22 INDIANA SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF·Ch. 3 Indiana School for the Deaf Board
The board may do any of the following to implement this article:
(1)Adopt, amend, and repeal bylaws in compliance with this
article to govern the business of the board.
(2)Appoint committees the board considers necessary to advise
the board.
(3)Accept gifts, devises, bequests, grants, loans, and
appropriations, and agree to and comply with conditions attached
to a gift, devise, bequest, grant, loan, or appropriation.
(4)Do all acts and things necessary, proper, or convenient to
carry out this article.
