§ 20-22-2-9 — Applicability of compulsory school attendance laws
The compulsory school attendance laws of
Indiana apply to all children with hearing disabilities. The case
conference committee may place a child with a hearing disability at the
school. The child shall attend the school during the full scholastic term
of the school unless the case conference committee changes the
placement.
