Subject to:

(1)a student's:
(A)individualized education program;
(B)service plan developed under 511 IAC 7-34; or
(C)choice scholarship education plan developed under 511 IAC 7-49; and
(2)the school's admissions criteria adopted by the board under IC 20-22-3-10(a)(4); the executive shall receive as a student in the school an Indiana resident who is a school age individual with a hearing disability. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-16-2-6.]
