§ 20-22-2-13 — Receipt of gifts, legacies, devises, and conveyances

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 22 INDIANA SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF
The executive may, subject to the approval of the governor and the policies of the board, receive, for the use of the school, gifts, legacies, devises, and conveyances of real or personal property that are made, given, or granted to or for the school.
