§ 20-21-3-5 — Vacancies
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 21 INDIANA SCHOOL FOR THE BLIND AND·Ch. 3 Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired
Whenever there is a vacancy on the board, the
appropriate appointing authority shall fill the vacancy for the remainder
of the unexpired term.
