5.
(a)This section applies only to a board
member serving under section 2(a)(4) of this chapter.
(b)The member serves at the pleasure of the president pro tempore
of the senate. The term of the board member is two (2) years and
expires June 30 of an odd-numbered year. The board member may be
reappointed to successive terms.
(c)A member may serve after the member's term expires until the
term of the member's successor begins.
