§ 20-21-3-2 — Members
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 21 INDIANA SCHOOL FOR THE BLIND AND·Ch. 3 Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired
(a)The board consists of the following
members:
(1)Seven (7) individuals appointed by the governor. The
individuals appointed under this subdivision are voting members
of the board.
(2)The director of the division of special education of the
department. The individual serving under this subdivision serves
in a nonvoting, advisory capacity.
(3)One (1) individual designated by the governor as the
governor's representative on the board. The member appointed
under this subdivision serves on the board in a nonvoting,
advisory capacity.
(4)One (1) member of the general assembly appointed by the
president pro tempore of the senate. The member appointed under
this subdivision serves in a nonvoting, advisory capacity.
