§ 20-21-2-6 — Students admitted to school

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 21 INDIANA SCHOOL FOR THE BLIND AND·Ch. 2 Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired

Subject to:

(1)a student's:
(A)individualized education program;
(B)service plan developed under 511 IAC 7-34; or
(C)choice scholarship education plan developed under 511 IAC 7-49; and
(2)the school's admissions criteria adopted by the board under IC 20-21-3-10(a)(4); the executive shall receive as a student in the school an Indiana resident who is a school age individual with a visual disability. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-15-2-6.]
