§ 20-21-2-11 — Adult education program
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 21 INDIANA SCHOOL FOR THE BLIND AND·Ch. 2 Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired
(a)The school may establish an adult
education program.
(b)The school may establish an appropriate fee for services for an
adult education program. Federal grants or matching funds may also be
used, subject to approval of the budget agency.
