§ 20-20-7-5 — "School corporation"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 20 PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE·Ch. 7 High School Diploma Program for Eligible Veterans
As used in this chapter, "school corporation"
includes a successor school corporation serving the area where a high
school that no longer exists was once located.
