§ 20-20-7-13 — Ceremonies for presentation of diplomas
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 20 PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE·Ch. 7 High School Diploma Program for Eligible Veterans
(a)The department and governing bodies are
encouraged but are not required to hold a ceremony to present a
diploma that is issued under the program.
(b)Upon request of a governing body, the department, in
cooperation with the department of veterans' affairs, shall assist the
governing body to develop a variety of formats for appropriate
ceremonies at which to award diplomas under the program.
